Decided to file a bug report. That way if there’s something they haven’t put in the official announcements anywhere, we actually get a freaking response that’s useful.

Good call. Because it’s totally broken right now. No crates, no infection buff, no ghoul.
It’s either a bug, something they didn’t announce, or false advertising in the official announcement for today’s patch.

Yes, i won’t be surprised if it’s poor communication or false advertising. But bug is likely too given what shambles the game is in right now. Worst lag in 12 years.

I think i will quit till shadowlands launch. If the game is playable by then.
No one intentionally spread false statements. So no one was lying. What’s with your attitude?

Okay i don’t do quote pyramids as a rule (just a personal boundary, i hope you don’t mind) so i guess i will just have to say i am in total disagreement here and don’t agree with you at all. Thank you for responding though; I’m sure people found you of help IF what you allege is true 
Ok so the link says there are crates in Stormwind that if you look inside it has the ghoul plague. So has anyone found these yet or are they not there?
Just found another ghoul in Mage quarter, it dropped Partially Digested Cloth that started a quest to show it to a argent crusader. When you give it to him he said something about increasing patrols in the city.
Seems like the ghoul event will start out slow.

This is just going to confuse people i’m afraid. In sure an intended consequence on the poster’s part but really irresponsible if you ask me. Especially when no one, not even Blizz, seems to have addressed it.

I think the ghoul event is going to start slowly and ramp up over the next few days. It should be going full bore by the 2nd week.
That’s the way the last scourge event progressed.

Honestly, I wouldn’t even bother responding to them anymore. Strikes me as just trolling at this point.

SW is the only place i have found any ghouls, they’re not very strong and the guards kill them quick so maybe that’s why they’re hard to find.
