i feel strongly that devs believe rogues are in such a delicate balance of power that if a dev were to change anything in a positive way, rogues would bring the endtimes to all other classes.

I know some people didn’t like the old ER but the new ER is way worse.
Like really bad for a passive.
Worse is that it is a cap stone talent.

new ER is goated along with supercharger cause it completely throws out the idea of “my dps is bad cause rtb rng” by making it a dps increase to reroll rtb on cds, thus destroying the “variance” excuse bad outlaws give
