I just bought the heroic edition of war within and I just logged out and logged back in and I don’t have it. I am extremely upset.

I did. Now I am waiting a response back, which will most likely be on Monday if I am lucky maybe tomorrow.
GMs are 24/7, so it might be sooner than you think.
You may want to edit the title of your thread. You’re entitled to be upset. That doesn’t give you the permission to break the rules regarding language on the forums.
Any purchase can take up to 24 hours to appear/go through. That being said, Account and billing tickets have the highest priority. Your ticket will be answered in the order that it was received, but I’m sure the system is being bogged down right now.
I would also suggest making sure you’ve logged out of the game entirely if you haven’t yet. Sometimes logging back in has them showing up.

Usually best to be patient with new products, give a little time for purchases to process, and post in the bug report forum when applicable. Given it has been 9 hours, hopefully it has shown up since, if not
