Can someone please help I have finished all campaign quests on my main so all 5 scenarios. None of my alts have the skip quests when zoning in to the starter area and no cape available to buy either. So currently cant play one alt.
You have to talk to Alleria in the Foundation Hall of Dornogal. Then talk to the void guy, he will make a portal. Portal in, skip cut scene, talk to spider guy for final skip. Fly to island, get cape and upgrade.

Yes I watched that video but there is no skip available at the spider guy and if i fly to the cape guy no cape available hence my post.
I saw someone bring this up yesterday I think? They did all the necessary steps but still weren’t able to do the skip. Strange. Wonder if there’s an issue for some players but not all. I’ve been able to use the skip just fine on my alts.
There is a phase diving achievement you need to get also to unlock skip. Its the phase diving tutorial quest chain and give achievement Become a Hero.Become a Phasediver!

That’s the requirement for the skip. Not just the campaign, have to also get the cloak and do the initial phase diving.

I think it might be faction specfic too. I did this all on my warlock ORC and now my warlock Void elf cant skip but my horde toons can…
