Wouldn’t he be a Zandalari Loa as the Loa of Kings. The Zandalari haven’t set foot into Zul’Aman to provide assistance or help so why would Zol’jin be there? There are no kings in Zul’Aman.
A better question might be where are the Zandalari? Why is this world threat not being treated as a world threat? Just elves, a few forest trolls, and a shattered army of light.
The 12.0 conclusion cinematic pretty strongly hinted that there’s something up with the Shadowlands, so I wouldn’t be surprised if we got some intersection with some SL characters in the near future (to the playerbase’s audible groaning, I’m sure).
