No, Blizzard is not asking for more money. The problem with RMT is that those who are selling gold or items or services for money are using stolen accounts or stolen financial information. It was made quite clearly as an announcement, all parties caught in this will have their game license closed, including people who have purchase the gold, or people who would’ve recieved the gold from someone who purchased the gold.
Now, if you had your game license closed for breach of the EULA, you’ve exhausted your appeal options, then there is nothing more that can be done. Your best option is to just start fresh on a new license. No, you won’t keep any of the gold that was removed along with the penalty.
