Not really. Some people’s are is wort hundreds, though also that same people probably have lists that will take a couple months to get to yours.

I stand by no art that is a portrait should be worth hundreds. I am an artist myself and believe me, unless it’s a action scene, it is not worth that much.
Twitter, ArtStation, DeviantArt are all good places to browse artists and see who’s style you like and if they are accepting any commissioned work.
My friend had a reeaallly good picture drawn of his character from XIV.
That thing cost $300 but it was really well drawn with background and all and took a few months to do. Depends on how much work you want done but it adds up. Good luck.
you could commission someone on Reddit /wow, maybe Fiveer has an artist you can pay.
I would definitely look for someone reputable on reddit or use a payment system that has insurance to it so you don’t get scammed.
