You can no longer change your language from Common or Orcish to your race’s specific language. Meaning, you can’t talk to other members of your race in-game with your native language. This is my 4th or 5th forum post regarding this matter - I want a response and explanation from Blizzard ASAP!

Given they literally nuked the only RP servers in SoD. I would hazard to guess they decided they didn’t need it.
