Did I miss them when the night elf troops were lining up to the March on Quel’danas? I saw Maiev, but I don’t think anyone else was with her.
The night elf Demon Hunters, Death Knights, and Darkfallen should’ve also been there, since they’ve now all been integrated into NE society.
The Night Elves sent only their fiercest fighters: those that only wear underpants to war. It also makes identifying leadership as easy as possible, as they are the only Night Elves that are fully clothed.

Demon Hunters are still shunned from military service because they’re still following Illidan’s example of wearing pants, and that’s just not okay.
Idk it seems like demon hunters would fit in pretty well - they’re usually rather scantily clad lol.
Shirtless is only half the dedication.
The answer? Blizzard didnt want to have even more NPC types added when the scenario was already pushing it with NPCs from 4 different elven factions. So each race got their most iconic classes represented.
If you want to headcanon it, the PC can basically represent any of them.
You could also ask that of blood elves, and Nightborne(for Death knights)
