yang is working on a solution to provide jobs for this was my point.

it’s a guild that plays by the rules and is well respected. they won’t tolerate a member behaving like this with their tag, it would make them look bad and sully their reputation and it’s the job of any guild to save face.

also they would never say that they’re the best themselves - after being in it for a few days i can say that they ARE because of the quality that they have and the immense respect of the community that they’ve garnered over years of RP

back to the topic at hand… do you have an answer? i only take real answers so don’t be fake if that’s what you’re getting at

I am really struggling to comprehend how anyone can possibly be as blind to their own double-standards as Soljeron.

Apparently the entire server is doing it wrong, and only he’s doing it right. Only his opinion is logical and correct.

Yet, logically, majority opinion would be more indicative of the form RP is supposed to take. We would largely agree with what bad RP is.

So uh, maybe the common denominator here… is Soljeron. Maybe the bad RP comes from that source.

no pal the issue is WIDESPREAD but it hasn’t completely taken over. there are plenty of good RPers but an overwhelming number of terrible ones. and good rp is a baseline feature, and objective because of this.

it’s constituted of abiding by the lore, making intelligent hooks, and writing coherently. that’s it, and that’s what a lot of this server lacks

We did talk about Kor’kron RPers in a thread a few days ago. Suddenly a ‘Paladin’ player who acts a lot like one has shown up with the behavior of one such mongrel?

My genuine answer is that based on your behavior I’ve seen, your pick of RP is likely sparse because you call people autistic and/or stalk them if you don’t like them, you dislike women and are not shy about it, and seem to enjoy doing things to upset others.

None of that is sociable behavior, or anything most well-adjusted adults wanna be around.

No snark, that’s my sincere answer.

Weird that this dude is bragging on how good the role players he found a few days ago are in a thread where he complained that there aren’t enough regular role players.

Is this just the guild of Mary Sues or what?

Also advice from someone who knows the game - quit while you’re behind. You won’t take it because you’re young and prideful, but I’ll offer it all the same.

This dude’s been trolling WrA and MG threads today - he’s also been trying to disrupt RP in Moon Guard’s Stormwind by ganking lowbies and using phasing to get away.

I find it fascinating that he thinks he’s suddenly the RP expert here, but should I be surprised?
