Where are the new PVP vendors?

Does anyone know where they are in DF? Did they put some in Stormwind and Orgrimmar? Or are they only in the dragon zones?

careful, don’t ask where the pvp vendors are or the devs will think it’s too hard to find them and we’ll go back to not having any
