You can get a flower helm from mists of tirna dungeon. The fairy boss as a cosmetic item.

Wrong. They were a Horde race for 15 years 
Blood Elves belong on the Horde. They are chaotic neutral at best, chaotic unlawful too! They fit in nicely with the Horde races, and are the reason Nightborne joined the Horde as well. Plus the Alliance turned their back on the Thalassian elves during the Third War.
Void Elves may be on Alliance now too, but that doesn’t mean that Blood Elves aren’t exactly where they belong.

I don’t know how lively the US RP servers are but Argent Dawn is extremely unique with having its own social homepage for RP stories and events (“Argent Archives”), it’s a very popular server with big group organizations (PCU, +200 players) and many non-RPer. It’s no big surprise you will see many players there.
I look like a drow necromancer now. Reminds me of my old Everquest necromancer.
