When would you use Holy Nova?

I use Holy nova a lot. Especially with the talent that buffs it 400%. I usually use it for raid healing to maintain our mastery HoT. Or Mythic+ for Damage and healing. Also it’s great for movement.

I forgot to add, that Holy Nova can be used as part of Holy’s damage burst to reduce Chastise CD sooner:

Power Infusion + Apotheosis + Divine Word + Chastise

Holy Fire > Holy Fire > Holy Nova > Holy Nova > Chastise > Holy Fire > Holy Fire

Good for both questing and PvP (all instant-casts , so no risks on interrupts)

This is true, but should be noted that it’s only true if you’ve got Voice of Harmony talented.

I started using it as Disc after I dropped PoM. It’s for light AOE damage intake. I usually spread Renews during movement.
