Yes, that’s probably how it will happen but it’s a bit worrisome given that they delayed the stress test and haven’t rescheduled it yet.
This sounds like the most logical way to ensure everything is fair for the community as a whole.
Honestly I wouldn’t stress much on it, mainly because I’d rather them say we need to push it because we messed something up or something happened. Rather then us all get on a Poof… Bug galore or extreme server/latency issues on there end.

How much time can it take? You see a list of servers. Guild leader picks one. Sends it out to people. Done. Either they join on that server or they don’t. More time doesn’t change that. And, if it turns out you picked the ‘wrong’ server, you can always change it.

We probably won’t have another stress test at this point. Usually at this stage developers feel confident enough to hold off until release and fix lingering bugs as they come.
