When will Blizz bend the knee?

They won’t, they’re addicted.

If you’re honestly this upset because portals were moved to Stormwind just quit the game. It’s nothing but a scapegoat.

This is an example how the general player doesn’t know what’s best for them. Some people are saying not having a portal somewhere is ‘time-gated’. Roflmao

Mmorpgs aren’t for you. Here’s to hoping blizzard stays strong.

I think you have been smoking too much peacebloom if you honestly believe that.

I give a few long weeks before a good chuck of classic enthusiasts lose their steam.

Exactly.

When Blizz bends the knee good things happen to this game.

You haven’t perused the forums and have been able to quickly determine that many different players want differing things out of World of Warcraft?

People have different play styles and so what is important to people who pvp is not important to those that solo and those that do raids has other important things they would want. Some like crafting, others don’t. Some like to go exploring and get those achievements, others don’t. I have seen the same thing on other games I play. Everyone has a different play style and therefore has something different they like so what the person said could be true depending on the play style of the person.

Maybe if we fly to Blizzard HQ on three dragons and melt their fortress walls, they might bend the knee.

This is why Blizz rarely listens to player feedback!

Player enjoyment has absolutely bupkis to do with their metric or their business model. Their business model is to gather investors and shareholders and create content that will decrease the number of outstanding shares of stock. To do this they have to create a metric that does not mimic any real world metric (subscription count was a good example of a real world metric because it could directly infer the accurate number of active users (up until the Token was established thus diminishing the value of the direct metric in the eyes of the stockholder by giving the stockholder a reason to dismiss subscription count )) such as the MAU. The MAU is a completely artificial metric. It is a computational metric that uses an aggregate that has little or nothing to do with the actual number of customers of the game and allows an investor to place those who purchase the product on a spreadsheet in an aggregate form. Its a lot like sand vs concrete. You could, if you took the time, count every single grain of sand in a bag of sand. However, mix the sand with lime, crushed rock and water and that sand becomes concrete. It becomes impossible to tell just exactly how much sand is used in the making of that concrete. That is until the road the concrete is used to pave begins to spall and pothole, or the building foundation walls begin to score and crack, and someone does a test and finds out that a lot more sand was substituted for crushed rock and lime than was advisable.

Blizzard no longer is a company of gamers building games for gamers. It is a company of accountants and executives building games for investors and options dealers.

Blizzard Willnot Bendyknee
Treats us quite atrociously
When the players cry and plea
Blizzard Willnot Bendyknee

I want to be flying free!
I want races new to me!
I want these things easily!
But Blizzard Willnot Bendyknee.

So take your subs and come with me
Get out of this droll melee
Do you bow, or will you flee?
Because

Blizzard

Willnot

Bendyknee.

What is that now? 100k or so? I bet Classic can do that.

They still did not listen. Instead they gave pathfinding. Those players did not come back. They moved onto to other games, because Actiblizz did not really listen once again.

Again, if you quit because of flight you either didn’t like WoW to begin with, or were playing the wrong game.

I have seen a few posts here, that say no games ever listen to their players anymore. I know that is untrue. FF14 with Yoshi in charge does a really great job about listening to player feedback. Which is why that game has been seeing constant growth.

Well I know WoD was the start of the change bringing us the new WoW. Leaving the BC-MOP era of core game design. Which was wow in its greatness. We now have WoW lite. Which is the wrong game for me, which is why I no longer play along with 10 million other people.

20,000,000 * 0.1 = 2,000,000

I’d ask you for a source, but we all know how thoroughly you struggle with that…

…a source on middle school math techniques?

At this point it is looking like you just follow me around to troll me. Do I need to just avoid all your responses in the future?

LOL. So cute.

Here, since you’re either woefully dim or one of those magical people that is just barely smart enough to know that you have to dance around the idiocy you just said (which seems to be a trend with you)…

Are there 20,000,000 people playing WoW right now?

im canceling mine in june.
I pay three month in advance and it just hit me. This game is dead. The developers care little for their players and insist that their vision of the game, which was almost perfect in legion, is better than what the players want. THey ignore us and spit on us when we make suggestions and even delete forums for suggestions and feedback.
