The changes (afaik) will do nothing to help oceanic arena and BG queues.
Oceanic is split with NA into completely separate player groups. They won’t be able to party together.
These changes will help two NA servers play together. That however won’t impact oceanic at all.
The problem is not nearly enough ppl in oceanic play the game. This fix won’t change that.

if we can’t have RDF or even Grouping through multiple realms for PVE then you shouldn’t get to cross realm arena. easy enough

Because this game is PVE focused, there is a TON of things you can do in PVE, all the time there are more than enough ppl to do PVE content compared to PVP. Pvp options are very limited and PVE noobs dont like to join pvp, so the real players who play PVP are in minority, therefore there needs to be cross realm,grouping for them so at least the matches can go through - as simple as that.

really so you’re telling me i can do a dungeon at any level and have that group in a dungeon in 30 minutes? level 10 or 15 all the way up to level 80? huh. oh wait i smell a bunch horse and bull crap coming from your way. wanna know how i know you’re full of it? because i did late night dungeoning at level 80 when i hit 80 in the first week. late night dungeoning was miserable. it would take 2 hours some times to get a group ready to go for the daily heroic. but i can do dungeons at any time right? morning new and night. 2 hour daily heroic fills sounds like a dream right? must be nice to queue into a bg and have it take what? 3-4 minutes? oh right pvp can’t be done at any time either right? lastly your argument doesn’t hold weight homie. dungeons have a seen 85% dip in being ran since wrath launched. pretty sure pve in the dungeon activity is in a minority more so than PVP. but what do i know right?
