What's Your Go-To Mailbox?

Let’s face it, we all have that one mailbox we gravitate towards. We see that mail icon on our mini map, we know we have gold waiting from the Auction House inside. What’s your mailbox that you go to so often?

I’ll start with mine: Either the Cathedral Square mailbox by the armor vendor. Or the Trade District mailbox right behind the Reagent shop and near the bank. I’m not sure why, but I’ll run past other mailboxes to get to them instead.

Oh what a cute topic! I usually use the one in Dwarven District, which is also the AH I use.

I also use Katy’s Stampwhistle (the toy) whenever I am not near a mailbox :cherry_blossom:

Normally I use either the Dwarven District or the one in the Mage District by the tower.

…Nobody steal my mail!

It depends on what zone I am in.

Stormwind: Below the mage tower, or near the fountain in cath dist.
Ironforge: Bank Mailbox.
Legion Dalaran: Mailbox near where you port in.
Donogal: Right by the bank.
Boralus: By the main tavern.

I only go to 2 mailboxes:

  1. The SW one by the bank.
  2. In Dornogal, it’s the one by the auction house.

I will usually default to using the Ohuna Perch toy cause that birb is cute - even if I’m near a mail box. Gotta use my birb friend. If birb fren is on CD tho and I must check my mail - I’ll usually use the Mail Box outside of the bank in Dornagal (and be sad its not a birb).

Sometimes it’s Cathedral District. Sometimes Mage Quarter in front of the Blue Recluse when it’s not laggy.

When it is laggy then I use either Valdrakken’s near the AH or Dornagal’s near the AH. I do a lot of selling. So waiting two minutes for the game to finally give me my gold or items that didn’t sell is kind of painful.

The closest one, which is usually just outside the AH, or in my own garrison. Please stay out of my garrison, I live there with the family till Blizz gives us an actual house to sleep in, and not a military compound full of troops.

For me, it’s either the mailbox right outside the bank in Dornogal or if I’m not close to one I drop down the Ohuna Perch.
