Orange Kitty from the instance they destroyed in STV. Never could get it to drop either in OG WoW or Classic. That mount eludes me but congrats to those who got it…

I want the Startouched Furline so bad. But I am so unwilling to pay for a 12 month sub to get it.
Really wish they’d put it on the shop as a standalone mount.
Edit: wow, I realize how lucky I am to have the ZG tiger. I got it on the literal last day it was available, ready to be retired 12 hours later upon reset. Never been lucky again in my life.

Have: hard choice between Black Proto Drake and Swift Zulian Tiger. Managed to get the Black Proto on the last week it was in the game, and got the Swift Zulian Tiger from my very first purchase of a BMAH container at 120k gold.
Want: Blazing Drake. Last one needed.
Wish: I don’t even know. There aren’t really many that I care for.

Mount I want returned: N/A. I don’t worry about things I can’t have. FOMO is a self created problem.
Edit: Just to play along, I’ll list some mounts I think should return but I don’t care whether or not they are:
- ZG Tiger and Raptor. It’s not that these mounts were removed, it’s more that the content was removed. Content should never be removed. They could have stuck a bronze dragon in front of the zone and let you switch between the two.
- Plagued and Black Proto Drake. The Plagued is on the BMAH, which is stupid because it’s an achievement mount, and it should just go back to the achievement. No other achievement mount like that has ever been removed from the game. What made those mounts prestigious was the titles. Those can stay gone.
- Longboi. It was just a vendor mount. There was no reason to remove other than to sell tokens.

Mount I have: Probably any of the carpet mounts.
Mount I want: The blue proto from that wotlk dungeon that I’ve run 500+ times without it dropping. 
Mount I wish was still available: Any of the original pandaren phoenixes. Or the horde Zeppelin/alliance gunship.
I feel like getting the Urzul mount from Antorus and Midnight (mrk2) from Return to Kharazan was kind of the last unfinished business for me and mounts.
And once Legion Remix hits those years of patient mount runs will have been for nothing. Oh well.
I’ve long ago fallen onto the habbit of each character just having their own canonical mount that they use, and that’s basically that.
So while I have 600ish mounts I use like 4.

Have: Deepstar Aurelid. My arena buddies and I fished for so long to get what we needed, ganking all horde in the area to keep them from getting it. Good times.

I really love my Tomb Stalker and Viscous White War saber as my ground mounts, and my dragonriding proto drake as my flying (the AOTC one that’s on fire!)
The one I would like to have the most is probably the Swift Spectral Tiger!

The Swift Zulian Tiger, absolute bonkers they removed old Zul’Gurub…legit my fav Raid from Vanilla. Realistically, drop Mounts should never be removed

Have: Leyfeather Hippogryph. I hope we get some recolors of it in Legion Remix.
Want: Corrupted Hippogryph (TCG Mount). Still waiting for that Twitch promotion so I can finally get it.
Not Available: Violet Spellwing. I took a break between MoP and Shadowlands.

Quite happy with my Archmage Disc.
Quite like the anniversary bird too but wish its steady flight wasn’t so noisy.
I generally like mounts which are compact as they are easier to precisely land.

I really love my Soaring Spell Tome. I ground the Mage Tower in Dragonflight for it and it was completely worth it. It’s super aesthetically pleasing and works so well on magic characters.
I also really love the arcanist Mana Saber, the flying and creeping carpets (and want the nightborne one…) and all the phoenix mounts I got from MoP cms.
All of them are just so good and I use them pretty universally.
