Shell game, but it’s too easy. I want more shells!
I have grown to like all of them but I think the shell game is my favorite.
I like all three of them.
I think they should take the old dungeons and make a set of puzzle types of dungeons like they did with the pet battle dungeons. You would progress through the dungeon by solving a series of puzzles.
ley lines most fun by far.
Runes because it is relaxing and there are pretty colors and soothing noises.
YES!! Thats a fantastic idea! I can see it now - A solo dungeon where you might need to kill a few things but to advance into the different parts of the dungeon you need to solve a puzzle. Oh man, I would love that!
I played an “educational” PC game in the 80’s where you advanced through the game into new adventures but you had to solve different math problems. It was actually a lot of fun (cant remember what it was called, seemed to have a nautical theme).
I definitely would like a solo option but an option to do it with another I think would work as well depending on the type of puzzles they provided.
Those dungeons would be a good place to have real hidden object puzzles as well, which I still really enjoy doing.
I actually enjoy all three
I like all three as well. Ranking would be:
- Ley lines
- Shell
- Runes
I also don’t mind the calligraphy although it’s hard to get perfect on 1st try. I’m still missing triangle I think. Loh Go is also ok. Sick of turtles and crabs (even though they’re easy). Overall, I like the puzzle ones much better in BfA than the Kirin Tor ones in Legion.
Reminds me of old school RPGs like Zelda, which always had some kind of puzzle(s) in dungeons. Could be fun.
I can do shell game flipping each shell only once before making the match, without writing it down or otherwise using an assist.
Runes is fun in moderation.
Lines im slowly getting the hang of. Showed hubby the hard one. He refused to watch me solve it, made his head hurt.
how many people LIKE those quests tells alot about wows new player base : /
We are the ancient ones, hear us roar
I’ve been around since June 04, not part of the new playerbase.
Lines, so much so that I bought the Blingtron toy, to test myself and discover that I kinda suck at it, oh well.
People can have diverse interests you know. I have a feeling many are actually older players that just enjoy puzzles and probably grew up on old school RPGs.
I really enjoy the lines. Have to put a little attention to it, and it is fun.
Jumping jellies takes first place. Runes 2nd. And uncrossing the ley lines is 3rd.
D, none of the above.
Toss up between Shell game and Lines for me. I find the Lines games more engaging as they do have innate challenge in them where as the others are more simple.
I’ve always been a fan of matching games though so I find chilling to the shell game very enjoyable.
Runes is my definite last place holder though.
