What's up with Tazavesh dungeon?

Literally no one wants to run that dungeon? I go into LFG and no groups. I try to form my own group and no one applies. Is that dungeon just too hard for us casuals??

Not as fun as Mechagon.

it’s fun, but not worth doing more than once. far too difficult for the ilvl of loot that drops.

I can slog through tazavesh, or go slam a super easy +8 for the same quality of loot.

mechagon had the same problem.

I tried it only one time, made it just to the second boss, but it does seem like a pretty hard dungeon. Especially for random pug groups. And it’s a longer time investment too being such a big place.

The other dungeons are much faster and easier, which is more appealing for gear.

Yeah that’s kind of what I figured. I need a conduit from that place but sheesh, finding players to come run that dungeon with me is like pulling teeth.

This is pretty much expected. Megadungeons are a good new thing to do in the first few weeks of a patch, but then they lose a lot of relevance. Since they arent available in M+, their rewards will always be the same ilvl, and the megadungeons tend to be way harder and/or take much more time than regular dungeons.

Therefore, there is just not enough incentive to run them, particularly they arent worth the amount of time you need to put into them, specially with pugs. Unless you are aiming for a certain piece of gear (generally trinkets).

Tazavesh will remain practically dead until it is added to M+, just like Mechagon. Idk about Karazhan because i didnt run it when it was current, but i assume the same was true, perhaps people ran it more to try to get the mount, but nothing else.

I still dread the M+ versions of that place in 9.2.

The thought of that place with affixes and a timer gives me nightmares

I can’t wait for it to be m+. There are some really cool bosses in there. They will do a bunch of tuning to make it work like they did with mechagon too and presumably kara but I sadly missed legion.

And as for the op. Yea no one bother with it after the first couple of weeks because there is no way to upgrade the ilvl of the loot like you can with other dungeons. So it’s loot that stats at 233 (for hard mode) or loot that starts at 236 and goes up from 15s which are easier.

It just takes ENTIRELYYYYY TOOOOOO FAKKINNNNGGG LOOONNNGGGG.

Then couple that with worthless loot… and seriously, why bother? A manhole cover mount?? LAFF

I’m glad some people have hours and hours to spend in a SINGLE dungeon. I’m way past that phase in my life.

Healer trinkets good. Last boss is a bit rough on HM.

Loge it but for the loot it drops theres better places to run

Like everything else Shadowlands, the rewards don’t line up with the effort.

It requires way too high of coordination and in some cases voice chat to properly be done.

Pugging is an absolute nightmare. I completed it once, the setting was interesting, but the mechanics were not fun.

Could do a +8 in less time and get same ilvl loot + better loot in vault.

I did it once just to see it, but for me it’s too dang long to run again. I’m way past making 2-hour commitments of time in this game.

Fort sang necro market and murlocs are gonna be lit, as the kids say.

Only time I’ve run this place recently is when a leather guildies needs gear and we make a leather stack.

Gear isn’t good and there’s a lot of trash. There’s no Midnight or Nightbane mounts to farm, just a pair of hover discs I got from my first run of the place.
