It’s either forced glowing eyes with a symbol on my forehead, or being so saturated in shadows that even with a glyph I can’t even see my character.
For the game modes I play, mostly PvP, it’s painfully clear Oracle for both Holy and Disc were given the most love and overtuning compared to Archon/VW.
And when I play Shadow I’m a walking edgelord.
Voidweaver and Archon just can’t hold a candle to the 2 and I’m not even touching my priest for it.
How hard is it to make glyphs for turning off glowing eyes or dispel the shadow?
I totally support you, Blizzard are very lazy, it’s like they don’t hear players asking for additional symbols for classes
I’ve already brought this up in my thread
yeah that’s why i pretty much why don’t wanna be an oracle besides it being crap anyways lol. i didn’t mind the symbol, but the glow eyes is friggin awful
It’s like they’ve intentionally made us to play either Glowy Eyes or edgy shadow apparition from design choices, and tuning.
It’s just so bad that voidweaver and archon are hideously undertuned/underperforming compared to Oracle for both holy and disc. I play Dk/Paladin/Warrior and none of the hero specs are even close to as imbalanced as VW+Archon v. oracle.
Looking at murlok the difference in top rating is 2300 vs 3100 of one hero spec vs other in several PvP modes,
And playing VW folds to 2 DPS in a short time b/c Oracle literally has +80% stronger barriers.
For PvE: 49 of 50 top disc specs for Mythics are Oracle …
IDK why this class is in a position to have:
Glowy eyes and floating golden eyeball , or suffer greatly with dramatically underperforming spec
Play Shadow so supersaturated in shadow effects you can’t see your own toon
Voidweaver disc feels really cool, but dying to 2 melee in as a healer seconds is not cool. And top player ratings reflect that.
Blizz just get rid of forced effects and make them glyphs.
There’s literally no reason to force an entire class to bear forced visual effects on every single spec 24/7, to have a decent consistent time.
