Dh stole mah meta

None. I think they’re all okay, even if some don’t fit my playstyle.

I don’t think any of the Added Classes have been a Bad addition to world of warcraft. There are people who enjoy them.

If we’re talking about personal Taste, I don’t like Death Knight. The whole “Diseases, and Blood and Bones and Necromancy” stuff has never been interesting to me. It’s incredibly boring from a fantasy perspective. not to mention the DK Starting zone is drooling with edge.
That being said, I know that for everyone like me who dislikes that trope, there’s 100 or 1000 people who love it. The Edgelord Necromancer is one of the most popular fantasy archetypes. So I’m not complaining about it being here, I just won’t play one.

On the other hand: Evoker just doesn’t have gameplay that interests me. Squishy casters aren’t my thing, and that’s all the Evokers are. :person_shrugging: I don’t dislike them like I do death knights, I just have no drive to play one.

evoker for sure

Evoker - not even close.

I think you mean Warrior.

So, we’re going to resort to calling Death Knights edgelords now? How cringe.

Wait were we not doing that from the start? Oops.

Evokers are gross.

I mean, Demon Hunters are edgy too, I’m not denying that at all.
There’s nothing inherently wrong with the Edgy appeal, some people like darker twists to their fantasy.
I just don’t care for Death Knight’s “Flavor”

Evoker was too clever by half

This is why i hate it though, casters were added in 2004. Thr next caster was added in 2022. And its not even a proper caster. Its some medium range shaman ripoff.

The rune system will forever be clunky to me.

I just don’t like the name calling and the hostility towards player preference. I’ve seen and heard it way too much. It needs to change.

Rogue main. Can confirm.

probably Demon Hunter. I liked it in Legion. The simplicity, mobility and overall playstyle were pretty refreshing. You also had multiple builds that felt effective and different despite the relative simplicity of the class. But I feel like they’ve tried to make it “more complex” for the sake of it with every following expac and it just feels worse and worse to me.

Well I apologize. I didn’t mean to call out players, or call players names.

I’m trying to specify that it’s the design of the class, through things like ability descriptions, class quests, their starter quest-line, and aesthetics, that make me go:
This is another “Edgelord Fantasy Necromancer” class.

Which is a criticism of the class, and not the people who play it. People can enjoy whatever they like.

Believe me as someone who wants a Tinker / Engineer class to be added, I receive my fair share of insults and name-calling. And I don’t much care for it either.

Demon hunter (ripped off from Aion). They just seem cringe. Never liked them. Would happily see them never introduced and / or deleted from WoW and forgotten forever.

Monk was a good addition, death knight is alright considering it was introduced in the best expansion ever.

Evoker / dragon whatever, don’t care for them to be honest. They also seem cringe and gimmicky.

Not certain that any class is worse than the other; however, restricting a single race or 2 to single classes feels off-putting.

Imagine a gnome demonhunter or a nightborne evoker. That sounds more fun than the current implementation.

Demon Hunters seem weird to me given that they followed Monk, and are another hyper mobile leather-wearing melee class.

I’ve never liked anything about Monks, so…
