Whats the purpose of hard mode for HH?

Do you get a better drop chance for the mount? Does everyone have to choose to do it? Or does only 1 person have too?

Only 1 person if they choose, it doesn’t effect the group much if at all.
It’s very much an individual choice to do so.

Most people I saw in the runs I did today all chose to do hm.

The increased chance that aware of is the first time a day on account which isn’t much .
