What's the meaning of your toons name?

Short for Vortexx which was my Priest’s name. Everyone called me Vort even though this Rogue’s name was Gluttony and I played it from WotLK til now. But I started playing in this guild with Vortexx first so it stuck harder, thankfully.

This toon was supposed to be a Kul Tiran so I could have that sweet white beard.

Mal = Bad
Gorok = Social Person

So

I’m a bad person

I’m the food you eat.

I always liked the name Charity, and it’s great for a Paladin.

I figured Charity alone would be unavailable, so I gave her a middle name to go along with it. Grace, also great for a Paladin.

I wanted a Z and a J in my name because I think those letters have darkspear troll vibes. And I wanted something with nature because this character is a druid.

So I wrote Z and J and then typed the word nature backwards in between the letters.

I just use the the random name maker on the character maker screen. That’s how I got his one.

I also use an online “stripper name” maker then plug them into the character maker screen to see if they have been taken already. I got a few good ones doing this :slight_smile:

You get one guess.

Probably the most obscure dragon in fiction.

I am very sorry for your loss.

I wanted to name my Druid after the word “earth” because I thought it fit the theme well. I decided to spell it backward, but I misspelled it and ended up with “Threa” instead of “Htrae.”

It took me far longer than I want to admit to realize I spelled it incorrectly backward, lol. It was one of the best mistakes I ever made because I love the name and its meaning. It gives me a good laugh when I think back on it. :slight_smile:

My main is a Vulp Beastmaster.
his name means “he who craps in yards”

In a manner that is strange or does not seem real; as though in a dream.

When I made my character it was a randomized blizzard name, however looking it up it’s a Hindu girl’s name meaning Oxygen, Breathe of Life which is fitting since I main holy.

Elune-ish.

Vulpera have Japanese inspired naming conventions so my characters name is an amalgamation of the words Kitsune and Sōhei. In Japanese folklore, kitsune are foxes that possess paranormal abilities that increase as they get older and wiser. Sōhei were Buddhist warrior monks of both classical and feudal Japan. A perfectly crafted name for my Vulpera Monk.
