Said could not find game, but game played…still on.
All tech support requests need to include system information to perform troubleshooting.
Depending on your GPU and drivers, it might be the AMD DX12 issue where it takes like 5 minutes to boot up the first time(shader comp issues), but after that, it’s fine. Or at least that’s what I’ve heard from multiple people here on the forums.
Once you do make it into the game, set it to use DX11 for now until the issue is resolved. There’s also the launch flag -d3d11 you can add in the bnet launcher.
