It is incredibly frustrating that I’m trying to solo the underpin, but I’m getting stuck with instant cast abilities having half second delays before their activation.
My rotation is even being mismatched because abilities aren’t casting when the bar completes, so when I got to move? OOPS. Looks like you don’t get to cast that already casted ability.
Is it just not enough servers, the sharding being crap, or maybe something to do with a DDOS attack? Whats the deal and why is it an issue this late into the expansion?
Edit: And before anyone says its my connection, My connection is a perfect. I’ve already tested it. This is a blizzard issue.
