What's different now that GDKP is gone

RMT. I know, you admitted it.

No, I start from there. Learn.

RMT for a few hundred gold, swindle AH with it for a few hundred more.

Again, GDKPs are the issue!

Ultima is a word warrior who cannot even create proper sentences.

Ignore and move on.

No RMT is THE issue.
GDKPs are just an issue that contributes to RMT.

Wrong, only people who GDKP RMT, hence why Blizzard banned them. Amiright??

Strawman argument again, none of us said that.

Now you’re copying other people. Can’t you be original or is the acting dumb that?

It’s just that GDKPs are banned.

umm you do realize I am in the camp of FOR GDKPs.

You brought up a very valid point, but I can’t help but feel you did nothing but skim the thread, pick a post at random and go in guns a blazing on the wrong target.

Nobody in this thread, but it was a sentiment held by people who were anti-GDKP in many threads pre-ban.

for example,

Who remembers this lie?

Feels a little bit more like og wow now I’m just playing with my group of friends. Though all my IRL friends loved doing GDKPs so they aren’t happy!

Less spam, and less bots.

Anyone who says otherwise is being obtuse, there are 100% less bots than before.

No one said it’d get rid of all of them, but their numbers are DRASTICALLY reduced.

They got rid of the main reason to stockpile gold, and that was for GDKPs.

Good job, I approve.

If GDKP didn’t promote gold buying, which dramatically increases the amount of Bots in the game, which subsequently wrecks the economy. GDKP wouldn’t be an issue.

GDKP ruined the economy passively, ruins social dynamics… but unfortunately it should’ve been banned from the beginning… the damage has already been done.

People are pugging loot, rather than buying it.

as intended

I’m not seeing spam for gdkp anymore.

Now maybe we can get rid of the summoning bots?

Less players, More gold sinks that fill the GDKP void of incentivising people to buy gold, The gold that SILL gets bought doesn’t filter out into the community to legit players so they can afford things.
Basically destroyed any community there was.

Seems like blizzard didn’t actually care to place one critical thought into this decision.
If anything it has made me question their leadership skills, its make me feel very uncertain about the future and their ability to forge a solid path moving forward.

Thats my thoughts and i’m sure others will have theirs.
Thanks for providing a platform for everyone to voice their thoughts on the matter.
