What's different now that GDKP is gone

I don’t believe you sorry

Sure, you could point to that fact. However, first few weeks of the game; 50 gold is quite a bit for gold that is legitimately acquired, I would argue.

Could of been a one off, because I never try to seek GDKPs. The point still stands though.

That’s fine. I have no reason to lie, as GDKPs are already banned. lmfao.

Well not really, there are many reasons why GDKPs would deny someone.

  • they needed more carries
  • they needed buyers of another armor type
  • they had whispers from players that were better fit for their group

There are tons of reasons why one player will get in and not another.

I doubt the veracity of your story (I know I know a $2 word, it means conforming to facts( I know I know another $2 word, it means adhering to) )

They literally said it wasn’t enough gold compared to other buyers.

IE. seeking gold buyers.

Perhaps they had a ton of carries and wanted some big spenders, 50g is plenty to buy many items but doesn’t make you a big spender that was like 20 quests in p1. Not very hard to get.

My point is every GDKP has different needs, thinking that your interaction with one tells you a lot about all of them makes little sense. It is like having a bad LC experience and saying all loot counsels are ninjas. Or having a failed MS > OS run and saying all MS>OS runs are going to fail.

Gold buyers, got it.

GDKP is not gone. People just don’t talk about it in game.
protip: Discord is an entirely separate company that Blizzard has no control over. All of the serious run sellers have operated on discord for years now. The only way Blizzard can do anything is to hire actual human beings to monitor groups of people running dungeons and trading large amounts of gold to each other in the middle of the dungeon. We all know that’s not happening.

Some people made lots of gold in legit ways as well. I don’t think they cared where their gold came from.

Just like people selling epics for thousands of gold on the AH in p2 don’t care where the buyer gets their gold.

Then that probably meant they had a whisper from someone who had a bigger wallet. A test is something that makes several attempts. You tried once and gave up. That isn’t an experiment. That was not liking rejection once and throwing a fit “Clearly they only want gold buyers! I’m going to troll the forums with this clearly well tested reasoning.”

Cool, I don’t have to see it in chat and you guys get to have your fake “loot system”
win-win right?

Or maybe this is a continuance of the GDKP gaslighting that has been perpetuated throughout this whole thread by your community.

So somebody else came in with 75g, which they legitimately got. Do you have any proof that the person they brought instead of you actually bought gold vs acquired it legitimately?

laughs in GDKPers tears

He got denied of course the person who got accepted must have cheated!

Ultima is the best wow player there is, always has most gold, best parses, what kind of group would ever deny him?

I don’t know man. You tried it once and got rejected once and you now come to the forums to troll people on how they loved to play the game and mock others childishly. I don’t think it is GDKPers that have the tears.

Untrue, I am a filthy casual.

Well the neat thing is that GDKPs will continue to be restricted whether you personally believe me or not, and that’s because everything I’ve said is true.

Filthy casual with 50g - swiper detected!

I’m not involved with run selling, I never developed the Pavlovian response to purple words that Blizzard wants us all to have. I don’t even play SoD or classic. I’m just saying anyone who think Blizzard saying it’s now officially banned will get rid of it are delusional. All they did was clean up the chat a bit. Maybe that was their goal all along.
