Trying to do the quest whatever you Sayaad as a Horde Warlock and Kazak Drakscream is not present in the barracks to do the quest. I am in present time with chromie. is this bugged?
UPDATE:
Okay this is definitely a chromie phasing issue. He wasn’t the only trainer missing all the trainers were missing even profession trainers.
I was able to work around it by switching to the legion campaign with chromie and doing the storyline up until the point the felblade attack and once I completed that quest Orgirmmar returned to normal, and all the trainers were back.
