Your body will thank you for it.
The moment you eat, you raise your insulin levels. Insulin is what makes you fat.
Basically, if you keep feeding your body many times a day, your body doesn’t have the chance to eat that stored fat you’ve been wanting to get rid of.
The longer you can go without eating the better off you are :slight_smile:
Doing only 2 meals a day in a say 16:8 (16 hours not eating, 8 hour eating window) will help not only your body, but you’re guaranteed to lose weight - a lot of weight.
If you also get rid of processed foods from your diet - bingo - you’re prolonging your life now.
Sorry. Can’t help it. Really want people to stop eating processed foods so you all stay alive longer

Drinking a cinnamon dolce coffee and have a roast in the oven with potatoes and carrots. Smells yummy.

If i skip breakfast and lunch I get a really bad headache and I start to get shaky and all out of sorts. I am usually ok with a small breakfast usually peanut butter toast, and a small lunch, usually leftovers lol. Intermittent fasting isn’t for everyone especially if people are hypoglycemic.

Beer and cinnamon rolls. Get you some of that Wisconsin new glarus goodness.

I have been hypogycemic myself, so I hear you friend.
First thing I do in the morning is take my vitamins with water, have a black coffee, no sugar, and sometimes a bone broth (If I’m feeling really tired).
In the end, medical science has proven that insulin makes you fat. Your bodies insulin levels rise every time you eat.
Also, it’s important you don’t take my word for this. Please research it. Take care

*edit to add - shakiness and headaches are a very normal occurrence when your body is removing the ‘leftovers’ ie toxins, fats

I will check into it, I’m sure there are ways I can modify something like this to fit into my life. I do have a job that requires me to be very active a lot, but at 52 I want to make healthier eating choices. I’ve already made a lot of changes working on more.

Good for you for taking a look - seriously. It pleases my 49 year old heart :slight_smile:
It was only 2 of my dear friends dying on me suddenly that made me move my tush and investigate what they did wrong. I’m not quite ready to go yet.
I also know I come across as obnoxious when preaching this stuff, but I just feel it’s so important, and even if I don’t know you, I want you to live.

*edit - I would like to add that I have honestly now lost 37pounds by just eating only whole foods (such as bacon, all beef, chicken, vegetables) in less than 3 months. The weight is dropping off - HOWEVER, I do practise OMAD - where I have only one meal a day. In my meal I eat a RIDICULOUS amount of food e.g. a steak, tonnes of veges (kale, spinach, bok/pak choy), 2 eggs, 2 baby potatoes, and all covered in shaved parmesan cheese. My plate is stupidly heavy, yet my fat is falling off me daily.
And I’ve never felt healthier.
Hence my compulsion to share - I so want you guys to feel as good too.

I’m not against food, I LOVE food. I eat a LOT of food - just once a day. And boy oh boy do I eat a lot of food at that time :wink:
