Obviously the baby would be a full on zombie, bite Anduin and turn him into Nathanos 2.0 if it doesn’t outright kill him.
Or the baby would be a hybrid that ages and dies really fast.

I mean I was going to add a somewhat inappropriate line too how given Sylvanas is undead…there may very well be bumps on Anduin’s nether regions unless his disease cleansing powers work extra good.
