There’s really so much work they had put into them AND the vulpera (before they really put a tight lock on the datamining leaks) to not utilize them…

why bother giving a race an azerite animation if it’s never going to be used?

no, not yet, but before they put a tight lip on the datamining being leaked out, there was a lot of information that pointed in the direction of them being considered (vulpera more than sethrak, but still a lot of supporting evidence)
