Yeah, man. But, those 4 specs existed BEFORE hero talents. I wish I could draw pictures to explain better, but I’ll try again.
Elemental ↔ Stormbringer ↔ Enhancement ↔ Totemic ↔ Restoration ↔ Farseer ↔ Elemental.
When you add a new spec in there it looks like:
Elemental ↔ Stormbringer ↔ Shaman Tank ↔ New hero talents ↔ Enhancement
Or:
Enhancement ↔ New hero talents ↔ Shaman tank ↔ Totemic ↔ Restoration.
So, assuming the tank spec would be ‘linked’ via hero talents to enhancement, one or the other would be displaced from enhancement. This is something Blizzard is unlikely to do, as it’d be an excessively jarring change.
Wardens are a possibility.
However, I’m beginning to believe Blizzard is releasing a class in 11.1.5 and not in 12.0 or 13.0.

No natural fit for 12.0 and 13.0.
A derivative of multiple dragon heroes. Which is why it contains abilities from Alexstraza, Chromie, Onyxia and others.
Thats a stretch. That wasnt a hero class in WC3.
No, but there were Red, Blue, Black, Bronze, and Green dragon units in WC3. They didn’t formerly create the dragonflights until WoW.
Also there were dragon heroes in HotS.
Also where’s the stretch? Dracthyr Evokers are Deathwing-made, magical fire-breathing lizards with visage forms and dragonflights for specs. You really don’t know where any of that came from?

I know where they came from. But they arent WC3 heroes so your argument doesnt hold water.
Evokers were derived from Warcraft heroes.
Just like the Monk class was derived from Chen and the Pandaren Brewmaster.
Also Deathwing was a hero unit in WC2.
I imagine whatever helps us save the day at the end of the trilogy will be the new class and/or race. I would bet next expansion will just lift the race/class restrictions on the remaining classes (maybe not druid) and that would be the only big shakeup.

I just hope its a class a lot of people want to happen in these forums, tinkers, bards and necro being the top picks it seems. I don’t wanna see Earthern 2.0.

I don’t think there will be a new class. They are already having issues balancing all the specs and hero talents.

I highly doubt that anyone considers the ETC an actual character that could become a class.
