Well sure. I was just tossing out that not caring is also an optional stance. Sometimes people stress themselves out over things without realizing they don’t have to accept that stress.
We should have the answer about 9 months into SoM after they have already had your subscription and you have already invested months of work

I honestly think Blizz should allow/paid transfers to WOTLK or TBC after the Mastery season, or allow transfers to Classic ERA.

I honestly hope they do this, according to official statements. They plan on allowing characters to xfer to classic ERA servers but that is a death sentence cuz no one plays them now. The better option would be to allow them to go to either TBC or WotLK for sure.

Blizzard probably doesn’t have a concrete plan, they’ll do whatever it takes to make the most money and respond to public pressure when the time comes. SoM hasn’t exactly been a smashing success, will there even be another season if this one ends with a bunch of bitter players?
I started SoM for a nostalgia run, wasn’t sure if I was going to play more than a month or two, but now I’m finding myself getting excited about playing Wrath. I hope Blizzard will accommodate me, and if not, I can always find something else to do.

You created a Classic Vanilla toon AFTER TBC launch so the correct thing would be to keep them on the current Vanilla server. Or since you wanted a fresh seasonal server then the server should reset with all toons wiped
