They’re dracthyr, not dragons. Just like there are models of wyrmkin that are only casters, the same applies here.
Every new class has had a tank spec. It’s nice to get a new caster and healer for a change.
I didn’t look to see what gear they had. 1 dungeon though had a monk tank, 2 dps monks and myself. Healer left after 1st trash pull, we never got another even though we were in queue. Cleared Mechagon just fine with no heal. Was broken.
They really should make an armed monk glyph.

evoker is the first hero class i have zero interest for. the only reason i’d consider playing it is if it’s so stupidly overtuned it’d be dumb not to play it… and that wouldnt be any fun.
After the last nerf wave, going to be 3 active monks in the game
I honestly feel monk is hard to play as dps spec.
idk if hard is the right word, i’d go with… different.
ppl are used to spam keys a bunch and monk can’t be using the same ability twice in a row. it felt weird having to press things carefully in a more deliberate fashion.
with the 1sec gcd they have, you cant really just press each buttons a bunch of times until it kicks in, you gotta do calculated presses kinda.
once you get used to it it’s not bad at all but then your newly aquired technique is useless on most other classes so it doesnt feel very worthwhile.

I think it’s usually a competition between monks and warlocks.
never got that. I enjoy survival. as an alt.
They do however make great bank alts in SW if you don’t have a longboi. Just a kick and a roll away from the AH and Bank.
I dont like playing a monk really. Just somethint that bothers me about it.

Even in classic this is true. It is always the least played pure dps class because it is a caster with absolutely terrible mobility.

But losing Soul Shape, especially in BGs soon, is going to hurt on my Warlock.
Monk still probs and I feel bad about that. I wanted so bad to like Monks. Just ain’t for me. I’ve seen people do great things as a Monk. I just can’t get comfy with it. The people that stay Monk mains? I understand that at least because most of the time Warlocks only get small boosts in popularity if they’re the flavor of the month. Only the mains remain when we eventually get nerfed.

They have big burly cool drakin types in DF too. That look 1000% better and don’t have the large body tiny head issue going on. They just stick out when you CANT PUT ARMOR TRANSMOGS ON THEM ESPECIALLY TIER THAT BLIZZ SAID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO SHOW IN DRAKTHYR FORM.
Yet still in beta the tier is like every else only belt and shoulders which I still say looks incredibly stupid.
Feral too, but probably more of a spec than class thing.
The evoker nerf and step backwards making the rotation feel worse and no clear direction for it at all with two weeks to go I’d say they are almost DoA…
