I don’t play MM hunters. I like collecting pets, so I only play BM.

Just keep two pet slots open and you can get them on one run. Not even a full run.

Don’t know if any of those were about me but I got a laugh at all of them anyway. I find it also funny because from stuff I’ve read in the past I play BM Hunter wrong because I like the Dark Hunter Hero talents according to all the guides out there. Also apparently the Footbomb Dispenser Trinket is supposed crappy in those guides even though I like it and 9% movement speed bonus it gives me. People will play how they play and no one can really tell them what they can or cannot do. This is why I don’t do high end keys or top tier raids or the like, I want to play they way I enjoy playing and not get hounded because I’m not min/maxing according to all the guides out there that say I’m not doing it right. This is why I stay away from those groups because that way I don’t ruin their fun and they don’t bug me for playing sub-optimally according to their min/max strategies. The “You have to play the way I say you have to play or you’re doing it wrong” people are just as bad as the “I can’t enjoy this thing unless other people aren’t allowed to have it so I can feel special” people. Those stupid selfish elitist mentalities both rub me the wrong way and I can’t wrap my head around the mental gymnastics people have to perform to justify thinking that way.
Oh and I did use Barrage a fair bit, still missing it as I would use it with Misdirect all the time as an opener to focus aggro onto my pet besides as a tagging tool. Multi-shot… really doesn’t do it. I might be happy if they’d just fix the lousy aggro generation of Hunter pets now, I swear it was never this bad to get enemies focused on my pet as it is now. Their aggro generation sucks and without Barrage I’ve lost one of my primary tools I used a lot to refocus enemy groups easily to my pet in conjunction with Misdirect.
Constantly have to throw out tons of traps, disengage, etc and sometimes even play dead just to get enemies to stop coming after me and focus on my pet even with Misdirect. Only thing that’s nice is with Call of the Wild and Dark Arrow I can nuke smaller groups of enemies down in moment with my tier bonuses.
But yeah occasionally I check to see if anything of importance is said in this thread but most of it is the same arguments people have been saying with the same counter arguments that can easily be countered back. I stopped bothering because talking in this thread is the equivalent of complaining on Reddit. Won’t really amount to anything unless Blizzard decides to do something.
Still hope it will rise like a phoenix as Barrage is still in the game just no way to unlock it right now as a usable ability since they took away it’s node in the tree. I can tell because it’s still on my quick slot bars off in a corner.

You need to be realistic. Blizzard isn’t going to actively hurt a spec and make it less viable because you want a talent that was almsot never used and some abilities to not be passive.

Always has been trash. Folks used to clamor to get rid of MS because it was so useless and stupid. Tacking a bunch of crap to it now has just made it necessary, not good.

Ok Let me tell you the secret about Barrage.
It was removed because of Legion Remix.
This is also great if you want to use it for Brann in delves, or with a tank in a group, to help ensure things stick. Handy way to snag something running towards a healer or melee that shouldn’t, send it back to the right target.

This is why I love the focus instead of just the name though you can do both.
