What to do with RSham?

I’ve done all my M0s for this week and essentially all I’m doing is spamming Healing Wave…Riptide whenever I can and that’s pretty much it. Casting Chain Heal almost always feels bad, I guess I’m asking for a better AOE healing option, Ascendance seems to favor even more Healing Waves. Then I don’t get why you did Apex Talents, it seems like a dumb idea, especially if it’s one for each spec (when there are two possible hero trees) so it seems like a no brainer to run Farseer over Totemic, Blizz is basically making the choice for us.

Storm conduit into talent tree or make it exclusive to totemic

Me too. Resto is extremely boring in group content after 12.0

No 25s Thunderstorm, interrupt CD nearly tripled, less healing CDs to use in Healing Tide and Ascendance being a choice node. Other totems sharing choice nodes (tremor/poison clense), etc.

Its not difficult to heal but it is not fun at all compared to before. It feels like Cataclysm heroic dungeon healing. Only thing its missing is marking the mobs for sheep, hex, trap and we are right back at square one :frowning:

Kit was pruned way too much. We feel on par with Holy Priest, but at least Hpriest has better tuning.

Our heals are extremely weak, and our kit is awful. I still don’t understand how blizz let this go live.

I’m slowly starting to come around to it, but it could use some kind of juice to make it more interesting. Right now, it’s just cast heals and riptide, with some healing stream totems thrown in occasionally. It doesn’t feel bad to play, but it doesn’t feel exciting either.

I like the gameplay of trying to maximize using tidal waves / coalescing waters procs. I like ancestral swiftness as a medium cooldown and it makes the apex more tolerable.

I really wish our dps spells had more interaction with the kit. I really miss master of elements. I still enjoy spamming chain lightning on trash but with zero interaction it gets old fast. We should get some benefit for casting damage spells. Bring back master of elements, move storm conduit to the spec tree. Something.

Removing cloudburst really hurt too. It was a higher skill ability to use optimaly. It was also our only proactive healing ability, instead of just being a 100% reactionary healer.

Ramping up and charging cloudburst so it would time out for a massive group/raid heal during mass incoming group damage, it was such a satisfying feeling.

Omg yeah I keep forgetting that because I never used cloudburst but I believe they had tuned it to a point where you could spec healing stream or cloudburst and still be effective. Then they threw all that work out the window for midnight and just forced players to choose the more passive option. That seems to be the theme of midnight, removing player choice.
