What System Do you Play On?

I use an Acer Predator Orion 3000 Desktop.
16GB (DC) RAM/Intel 11th Gen I7/Nvidia 3070 8gb with a 512GB HD. Got her for cheap and all I do is work and play WoW, been an amazing machine thus far.

Check out the off lease Surface Pro’s on ebay, that’s where I had gotten mine.

Currently play on a M1 Mac Mini with 16 GB of RAM, 512 MB of internal storage, and 1 TB of external SSD.

Ryzen 7 5700, 32 gb dual Corsair dominator ram, Samsung EVO 970 SSD, NVIDIA GeForce 2060 (sad face), Asus X570 tuf gaming plus motherboard, water cooled

mines getting old now, built around 2014, but i made it so over the top (for then) its still going and everything i play still runs well.

i7-4770k
32gb ram
1tb ssd raid0
500gb ssd
1.5tb mechanical hdd
2 gtx980SC’s in SLI
ASUS Maximus Hero mobo
Corsiar AIO Liquid cooling
1.2Kw PC Power and Cooling PSU
Corsair Storm Stryker case
LG 34" ultrawide monitor
ASUS 34" Ultrawide 100hz monitor

its old now, but its still running strong. i was thinking about rebuilding this summer, but with the problems of pricing and availability, maybe next year, or even next generation.

Custom, R7 3700X, 32GB RAM, 120gb ssd, 500gb and 2tb hard drives, RTX 2070.

Yeah thats another thing preventing me from building a new rig. The cost of parts right now is unreasonable.

Its going on its 6th year though (with upgrades here and there when really necessary), i’m itching to build a new one just for the fun of building if nothing else. Just hard to justify the money (i’m cheap) as it runs everything i play just fine (even Cyberpunk). I’m just not a graphics junky.

Working in Electronics also helps, i know how to maintain it to make it last basically forever and optimize it. Same idea as why you rarely see a Mechanic drive a brand new car :P.

Yall have nothing against me :sunglasses:

I only know the basics as my hubby built my comp for me but it’s an i5-6600k and we reused the GPU from my previous build which is a 280x. When I’m traveling, I use a 10 year old Lenovo laptop. I can’t run group content, but I can farm and level with it pretty well.

Glad I’m not the only one that went overboard on memory!

I’m using my own custom built PC:
8700K OC’d to 5ghz stable
32GB 3200 MHZ Corsair Vengeance pro RGB RAM OC’d to 3333 MHZ
RTX 3070 OC’d about 18% stable
750W Thermaltake Gold+ PSU
Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 Airflow
1TB NVME M.2 SSD
27" Acer 144 hz 1440p Gaming Monitor
Logitech G910 Keyboard
Logitech G603 Mouse

Lame. I rigged up my game cube. Get with the times.

Haha my old potato is still running this game at a solid 60fps. (Dips to 20’s in big team fights (PvP))
CPU: AMD Phenom xII 6 core at 4.1 Ghz on water
RAM: 24GB
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 390 w/ stock OC from factory (8GB RAM)
PSU: 1000 watts Corsair 80+
HD: 500 GB 7200 rpm non-SSD
2 - 24" Monitors
Eclipse - Saitek Gaming Mechanical Keyboard
Razor Naga 4 button mouse
5.1 Surround Logitech speakers/subwoofer
Creative labs X-Fi sound card (I like my music crystal clear)
Fiber optic internet

All built in late 2011. GPU was replaced in 2015 and the stock water cooler it had originally. Everything else knock on wood is solid.

However I will have to upgrade for the next expansion sense my CPU is no longer supported after SL and my GPU no longer receives driver updates as of May '21. Money is tight and parts are expensive… wish I had a new Ryzen 7 system crys
