yeah its all give or take.
id also incentivize people to fill rolls with alts when we needed em or urge people to use “that” healer or tank alt as a way for them to switch rolls if they couldnt wait the 2 months. if they are “sacrifizing their mains” for the guild theres no pain on them rolling for loot right?
