I see this as a person actively engaging others on the forums 
. I call it being social… If general discussions are something that trigger you may I suggest staying out of the general discussions tab on the forums. You may like specific class discussions, or community instead. Maybe even the PvP ones OR you can go straight to the server specific ones and chat with the people of your server.
