I know there are more like you. People just kill me when they act like the mage tower mogs have any prestige to them.

TF is the mage tower? some time sink from 6 years ago or something? Haven’t they made more time sinks for you to get over it?

i’m gonna go ahead and say it should stay as dead as LFR 5.0 loot.

For me, I just think it’s the best challenge they’ve done. The visions in BFA and Torghast in SL don’t have a healer dedicated challenge.

The mage tower did. I liked not having to be DPS and getting challenged as my chosen role.

How do you even know this?

I wasn’t in a guild and I didn’t raid or do mythics so the only gear I had is what I picked up off the ground in Argus (so to speak.) This also meant I didn’t have a ton of legendaries so I had to keep doing my emissaries until I got the BM legendary pants and some necklace that put a shield on me every 30 seconds.

However, I fully admit to cheesing the MT on my DK and Druid. The Unholy and Feral “challenge” was an absolute joke. Didn’t find out until later that the Fury appearance was the same boss but it was too late by then. Oh well. At least I didn’t cry about it years later.

Its either bring everything back or bring nothing back. Cant just pick out 1 thing. I can’t even use gladiator title on alts. Disappointing but rules are rules.

To answer your question I think maybe it has to do with Blizzard not wanting to bring old things back to the game. I’ve never known a feature from one expansion to carry over to the next, but I could be mistaken. They want us to focus on current content, it’s also the reason why they haven’t fixed scaling for legacy raids.

But joking aside, I don’t want to play something that’s not my character. It was a huge turnoff when I found this out.

I don’t know how the other covenant’s things work, but it’s a new bar of skills to use, and you go and find the equipment, and you level up the NPC through the mission table. I think it’s decent.

I don’t know. Their hands are probably tied for making new professions/classes/races
 so the creative department has to do something to earn their check :man_shrugging:

The significant amount of threads made on here about how players could not complete it.

Several guild/trade chats (had toons on several high pop realms that I played regularly back then).

And simply because I know how bad a lot of WoWs playerbase is. I’m not trying to throw shade at anyone who’s not very good at the game. But it is what it is.

In case you were talking about me, I’m not crying. I got all the skins I wanted.
