What race do you want playable?

I’d like a few neutral races:

  • Ethereal - Always get full rep discounts.
  • Steward - But they can only craft and gather as they’re useless at fighting. Need less mats for blacksmithing and engineering.
  • Kobold - Frequently mine bonus ore.
  • Murloc - Catch fish 25% faster.

The deer folks in that last expansion that I hate remembering.
I can’t even remember their names but they cute.

Jinyu/Hozen and Ogres.

A “lean” body option for Kultirans since they use the vrykul skeletons.
The krokul faces/tails for draenei. The krokul from legion are just draenei with different faces/tails.

I doubt blizz would give us a third draenei race or vrykuls at this point so sneaking them in via customization options could work.

We should of been first as we were the OG shouts for playable race for many a year.

Nagas were supposed to be playable in TBC. They had a few issues:

  1. Too tall, door ways didn’t let them in.
  2. No feet…no way to equip boots or pants really.
  3. Mounting is a huge issue due to above - looks very weird.

They would need a shapeshift form like azshara’s able to go back to their humanoid forms to fix these issues.

My top picks for playable races are the Naga, The Broken, Tuskarr, and, Taunka (and Yaungol). I would also really love to see Sethrak, Arakkoa, Jinyu.

Ive come to realise that between void elves and vulpera, im probably set for life.

Im not sure what they could give me which i would find better to play as.

Saberon has been my number one want since WoD. I’ve loved the idea of a tiger warrior since I was a kid, so that is a huge want for me. After that a black leopard rogue, a snow leopard monk and a lion shaman please.

Would like venthyr, a large gargoyle and lately I’ve wanted a tuskarr just so I could make him a hunter and tame otter pets and fish all of the time.

Naga all the way for me.

  1. the hitbox thing… is easily changed.
  2. No need to have feet. Mechagnomes don’t have leg or hand Xmog and it isn’t an issue. Hooved races literally just get anklets and it’s not an issue either.
  1. there are better solutions to the mounting, like just adding a sidesaddle position for their mounts, just like gnomes have unique positions in some mounts.

All Nagas need is Blizzard to want to do them. It honestly isn’t that hard. We are not in 2005.

Worgen and Draenei for the Horde.
Saberon for both.

Sethrak - i want my monk snek, they have amazing give hurt juice animation
Arakkoa - i want dirty birbs, would be amazing paladins
True dragonflight - I want quadruped dragons, even if they are scaled down in size to make them acceptable for raiding, call them young.
Ogers - should have been in vanilla
Gnolls
Kobolds - You no take candle

The Saurok won me over in Isle of Thunder. They worship a dinosaur, whom they also sacrifice, slaughter and eat. They swim in filth, gore and entrails. They’re great!

I also like that if you listen to them, they’re basically one step in logic away from forming some kind of alliance with the factions.

  • Saurok no like Mogu!
  • Alliance and Horde Fight Mogu.
  • ???
  • Saurok eat corpses! Yum!
