Opting in is what qualifies a person for Beta.
You can be qualified, and not picked.
Well first they have to be subordinates to Alphas but higher hierarchy than Omegas
I agree , I should have included that in my original comment as well. Especially if you are on one of those top 100 raid guilds.
In the end though especially for DF it seems we will all be playing on 2 to 3 months anyway.
I got in the first week of alpha in Shadowlands and I am not a streamer and probably not a friend or family of anyone who works there so it isn’t only that.
Beta is usually random. That appears to be the case now too.
I’ve had beta for Warlords, Legion, BFA, and Shadowlands and tested all of them while providing feedback. I did not get DF beta (so far). I think it must be random.
It is random despite some high profile streamer getting in, but i dont stream or do raiding or pvp i just test the crap out quests and righ now the new talents and crafting is
and new rep renown tree is my focuse cause thats what i will focusing on in DF.

You could be someone who only likes to fish and do fishing quests and get in. But why they haven’t invited me the most elite Tower Ranger and master of Torghast is beyond me.

I’m not saying that other people don’t get invites, but it is definitely a fact that the bigger streamers get them every time. That’s been proven there is no need of evidence for that You can just watch any big streamers channel and see it

Yep always happens that way …all the dang streamers big time or not get invites…
someone else said the same sort of thing though trying to ‘refute’ my I think - it is really too early to say if you got it for the last 5 expansions you won’t get it this expansion.

I think pre-ordering helps, but not really sure on that.
