I purchased a gender change for one of my characters shortly before it was announced gender changes would be free in shadowlands. Further more I later then realized that I didn’t even want to gender change that character. Tried to get a refund, but its apparently final even if you have not used it yet. To date I still haven’t even used the gender change. On the bright side. I could still use it as a name change.
