What new races do you guys want?

I said it many time and I’ll say it again.

Alliance Vrykul

Horde Ogre.

This is easy to solve! Let’s paint sethraks purple.
It worked for blood elves.

Blood elves hate humans, and alliance by association, and today we have a lore trying to explain why it was enough that they were painted purple to forget their hatred and enlist in the alliance against their own people. :smirk:

And sethraks are not hostile to everyone! Only those who have abandoned the worship of Sethraliss and with the demise of their would-be emperor, and their Loa’s return, are in the process of reunification. :snake:

I’m hoping for allied races from the Shadowlands expansion. Those covenants look too good to pass up and Blizzard would be, in my opinion, missing out on a great cash grab (race change, boost etc) if they don’t put them in.

The Devoted Sethrak are friendlies.

You are right, forgot about the Sethrak from the temple. But they are also friendly with the Horde.

Alliance
Ethereals & Jinyu/Ankoan

Horde
Ogres and Arakkoa.

I don’t consider Jinyu/Ankoan and Arakkoa lazy animal races because they are ambiguosly avian and amphibious-unlike Vulpera, Tuskkar, Gnolls, etc. Those are specific human/animal hybrids, which I feel are too lazy and uncreative to be taken seriously for playable races. At least Tauren and Worgen are deeply rooted in mythology.

I just want all of them, I want more and more options, seriously, the more diversity the better.

I’ve never heard of a game having to many playable choices being a bad thing… Especially when it comes to a mmo let alone a rpg.

I mean I’d really like to have Blue Eyes on Blood Elves to be honest…but I’d like it if said Blood Elves were still Horde.

Who would take Naga though? I feel like even the Horde would draw a line there. Like Naga are just straight unlikable d*cks.

Ogres and Gnolls! And the gnolls better make their iconic sound!

Ogres for Horde because ogres have been a Horde staple since Warcraft started.

Quilboar for Alliance. Cook up some lore like a clan of quilboar submitted to Kul’tiran intervention for the sake of survival, and accepted servitude on the condition they were not wiped out entirely, in service to the Alliance, they’d offer their best and brightest to fight under the blue banner.

I don’t know. I wanted a tall android or borg-like race, but mechagnomes pretty much killed that dream. I’d also like to see a cat race, but more human-like and less monstrous than saberon and tol’vir.

Would you rather a mechano-gnome with long gangly limbs and more than half of it’s head replaced with mechanical parts?

Arakkoa, I’d really love arakkoa so much.

Tuskarr, oh wait too much weekly reset.

I would love to see Sethrekk. I KNEW Vulpera would be an allied race as soon as I saw them. And wished it were the snakes instead.

An Ogre would be cool too.

Edit ti add. I did all of this off the title without reading your post. I laughed after I read your post haha

More undead, NH undead with burn marks would be cool

Yep.

And logically by story, it seems the Sethrak would be more inclined to join the Horde. But there are small but solid indications that could make them go Alliance. I personally want them for Alliance. If anything to keep the Vulpera vs Sethrak theme. But would take them for Horde and switch in a heartbeat.

Saberon, saberon, saberon. Did I say saberon? Please. Let alliance have worgen, give Horde saberon.

And Taunka.
