Unfortunately that happened with the Amani War Bear, which you could no longer get after they revamped Zul’Aman in Cata. They replaced that mount with the Amani Battle Bear and somewhere along the line they updated both models without any notification. Some people weren’t happy and I understand why. Especially since the war bear is no longer obtainable.

This, add an option to the class trainer to swap between the old and new models, and while they are at it, update the Argent Charger since it’s the same model.

The Brewfest mounts should be updated to have saddlebag kegs like the Keg Pony. The 60%, non-Swift Brewfest Ram in particular is barely even a different color compared to the Brown Ram.

We don’t need to “update” old models. Keep them as they are. However do provide new HD versions of the old vanilla-wrath era stuff.

I very much would like new paladin mounts for humans, belves, and draenei. Tauren kodo may also need a facelift.

Dwarves got their new rams. LF just got their new mount. The others still use those outdated original models.

and no the order hall mount isn’t a replacement. Sure it is nice to have but it doesn’t look like the original horses and it isn’t an elekk

Was disappointing when i saw that they recolored the same pandaria model to use in BFA. I was expecting a complete new model. Those folded paper wings are awful.

In my opinion, wyverns (wind riders). They were already looking kinda bad back in Wrath. They
did not age well at all.

I’d start with the vanilla one first and then improve the others based on oldest expansion

It may be cheating b/c I’m not picking just one here, but I think all of the OG Vanilla racial mounts–the first mounts many of us had in the game and the only ones we had for years–deserve a complete rework. These Vanilla mount models pretty much all have updated counterparts ingame, so it would be a simple matter of reskin for most of them.

They deserve an update b/c omg they’re horrid. It’s like you fell asleep and woke up in a video game from '98 when your mount randomizer pulls one of them out.

HD versions of all the older dragon/drake models would be neat, especially the protodrakes because they’re just so wonderful :slight_smile:
