Have one that actually has a plan that makes sense and isn’t a “I was trying to destroy you to save you” (jailer)

I’d say Garrosh had a great development and while not a villain because he did nothing wrong, I feel he was one of the better ones.
You could understand his reasons but the way he went about it and became dark is a heros tragedy.
