I mix things up a lot, but I think I’d get forum banned if I posted the actual songs lol.
AJJ or the Mountain Goats or or Against Me! or stuff by Patrick Schneeweis most of the time.
CocoRosie or Cloud Cult when I’m happy.
Piano versions of old RPG music when I’m being reflective.
Neutral Milk Hotel as needed.
Lately I’ve just been putting Frieren on netflix on loop.

I’ve been going through a lot lately so having the piano + the playthrough noises as background has been really great for staying calm.

My take on music while I PvP is: If it showed up in a 240p, PvP montage from 2005, I probably still listen to it.
