I double up on Shift and Control modifiers - control bound to capslock on the keyboard - so I can do shift or control modifiers + after my trinket. e.g. Shift modifier trinket + Shift 1 for arena 1 MC (arena 1-3 targeting macros all on shift modifiers as well so i can do trinket + retarget + global)
On Capslock/control I can do things like Trinket + Arena 1-3 dispel (control 1-3)

Shift + Side button 4
Shift + Side Button 7
Capslock + Side button 4
Capslock + Side button 7

I also have macros for Trinket + fade, Trinket + death, Trinket + Dome on cursor and Trinket + Dome on myself.
