It really varies by spec for me, since there are classes where I have specs that I love (e.g. holy priest) that also have specs that I hate (disc priest). But, I can say that death knight is my least favorite class right now, and it has been for long time. I enjoyed DK when it came out, and going back to it in Wrath Classic, I still had fun with the limited time I played it. So, I’m not sure when I started to dislike the class. It is absolutely my least favorite at this point though. I tolerate frost a little more than uholy or blood (blood used to be my favorite of the dk specs though), but I just don’t care for DK as a whole.
The other classes, I at least enjoy one of the specs. Given that, here are some of my least favorite specs:

I used to love Discipline but the S3 changes killed it for me. I’m still bitter. Kudos to the folks who love it. Not kudos because I loved it the way it was.
Top 3 least liked classes for me would probably be Rogue, Death Knight, and Paladin.
Combination of the themes and how each of them plays that just doesn’t jive with me. I especially don’t like Holy Paladin. Just doesn’t feel fun to play.
Runner up would be Disc Priest. I’m fine with Holy and Shadow, but I just can’t get into Disc.
Warrior. Then rogue and monk.
For the longest time it was Paladins, I just could never really get into them, even though I’ve tried them often since making (and eventually deleting) a Blood Elf Paladin in BC, and I do have a DI Dwarf Paladin as a (rarely used) Alt, but now, it’s definitely Evoker.
Definitely hunter. MM is…ok. But sv and bm need deletion.
Tied between mage and rogue. I don’t hate them. I play them, but their the two classes that I jive with the least, and it’s always been that way.
Warlock. I’m not good at pet classes and no matter how hard I try I just can’t get into it
Priest I guess, only 1 dps spec. Mage has been similar, only liked to play Frost, but maybe TWW will be different.
For questing, i sx at rogue so hard, yet in bgs, its one of my best.

Priest, Warrior or Mage.
I’ve never been able to vibe with them.
Rogue, especially this crap with shadow dance in outlaw
The whole FRAKKING REASON why I didn’t do subtlety because I didn’t want to deal with my stealth bar while in combat, but nope, they brought SD to Outlaw

Oh god, I’m still sore that I had to take Calc I/II and DiffEQ in college as someone who sucked at math in HS.
My other math reqs were useful for my career, but I haven’t had to use calc once lmaooooo
Warrior just because I never ever played one or tried it, it’s legit only class I never tried before I went all in on Warlocks so I have no actual opinion on it good or bad so I’m picking it, lol.
